Try A workout I did this week.

For time:

1,000 meter row , then directly into:
30 dumbbell snatches 35# women, 50# men
15 burpee box jumps
20 dumbbell snatches
10 burpee box jumps
10 dumbbell snatches
5 burpee box jumps

My time: 9:02

Give it a try! You can use lighter dumbbells, an jump onto something at any height you are comfortable with. If you do not have a rower available, who cares! Run half a mile instead.

10 Rounds:
3 burpee broad jumps
15 air squats
10 push ups

You can do this workout ANYWHERE. You can do it alone or grab friend, double the reps and make it a partner workout!

Sunday Sunday workout- split reps in any way
With a partner: in 10 minutes
30 snatches 55/75
30 snatches 75/105
30 snatches 100/135

Max snatches at 120/205 until 10:00 is done

then, with the same partner after a few minutes of rest-
As many rounds as possible in 18 Minutes:
11 Deadlifts 155/225
11 wallballs 14/20
11 calorie row
11 strict handstand pushups
11 toes to bar
–> Alternte full movements with your partner
Deadlifts: me
wallballs: her
Row: me
handtsand pushups: her
toes to bar: me

** the next round she would start deadlifts, it evens out.
