Feed Your Soul

We all have at least one thing in our lives that brings us more bad than good. Maybe deep down you just know you’re somewhere you shouldn’t be. You have that job you hate and dread every damn day. You’re not really in love with your girlfriend. You don’t like your body. You’re incredibly bored in the city you live in and dream of another place.

Here is the thing. We are all going to die one day. We don’t know when and we don’t know how. Life is happening and its happening fast. I am about to graduate college and I can’t believe it. I feel like I am still the same age as freshman year, but I’m not. Looking back, so much has happened in my life since then. Being a workout fanatic I often am thinking about how to get faster, better, and stronger physically. Until recently I’ve really been trying to figure out how to get better on the inside. This is why I say to FEED YOUR SOUL. Quit that stupid office job where you have to pretend to care every day. Break up with that person you really don’t see a long term relationship with. Fucking move to your favorite city. If you never make mistakes you will never learn anything.

Prove it to yourself you don’t like that city that you thought you loved. Decide after you experience all possibilities you are interested in. I often say I want to move to California and people tell me I’m crazy and it is too expensive there. Well why don’t I just go? If I don’t like it ill move back. It really can be that simple. What anyone else has to say about a dream or idea of yours is irrelevant. You can’t bring your money with you when you die, so why spend a lifetime making the most money you can. Save a little, spend more, and do the things that feed your soul. You’ll start smiling for no reason, be kinder, more patient, and most of all you’ll really be Lovin’ Livin’
