Goals and plans for the next 3 months, Join me! Starting May 13, 2019

I am going to hold myself accountable for:

Doing Yoga 3 times a week for the next 3 months.

Meditating 3 times a week for the next 3 months.

Exercising 3 times a week for the next 3 months.

I will post updates along with what I notice I am gaining or not gaining from these additions to my weekly routine. I am new to yoga and meditating. I already workout constantly because I LOVE IT. However, the other two I never do. The first step is starting, feel free to start with me.

Lets do this!
